财务管理视角下的公立医院科技成果转化思考

摘　　要：本文通过相关政策研究,梳理科技成果转化流程,从财务管理角度思考公立医院科技成果转化。科技成果转化过程中需加强对无形资产、转化收入和现金奖励的财务管理。进一步促进公立医院科技成果转化,建议健全科技成果转化管理制度、强化科技成果转化意识、加强转化媒介体系建设、开展科技成果转化的效益分析、构建全生命周期无形资产管理体系。This article combed through the transformation process of scientific and technological achievements through researching on relevant policies,and had critical thinking about the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in public hospitals from the perspective of financial management.It is necessary to strengthen the financial management of intangible assets,income of transformation and cash rewards during the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.To further promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in public hospitals,it is recommended to improve the management system for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,strengthen the awareness of transformation,strengthen the construction of the transformation media system,carry out the benefit analysis of transformation,and build a life-cycle intangible asset management system.
