摘　　要：目的以空间管理系统助力医院信息化建设,解决医院楼宇和空间管理的问题。方法通过全院空间排查完成图纸的纠错和空间信息的收集,形成空间管理台账,通过3Dmax软件搭建空间管理系统。结果探明了医院所有房间的归属、用途、结构,通过系统建立了数据库,并对医院空间进行院区、楼宇和房间的多层级可视化展示,搭建了空间管理基础平台。结论在建立空间管理系统的过程中,解决了医院空间管理的常见问题。空间管理系统的功能需要进一步深化,且需要增加动态管理功能。建议在医院新建院区的规划和建设过程中引入空间管理系统。Objective To help hospital information construction with space management system and to solve the problem of hospital building and space management.Methods Through the space investigation of the whole hospital,the correction of drawings and the collection of space information were completed to form a space management ledger,and the space management system was built through 3Dmax software.Results The ownership,application,and structure of all the rooms in the hospital were ascertained.The database was established through the system.The multi-level visual display of the hospital space,buildings,and rooms was established,and a basic platform for space management was established.Conclusion In the process of establishing the space management system,the common problems of hospital space management were solved.The functions of the space management system need to be further deepened,and dynamic management functions need to be added.It is recommended to introduce a space management system in the planning and construction of new hospital districts.
