摘　　要：将LIS、PACS、心电、病理等系统的危急值进行整合,建立临床危急值统一报送系统,对临床危急值进行全程管控。通过TTS语音合成技术,将危急值文字报告转为语音,实现危急值语音告知与警告功能。方便临床医务人员快速获取危急值报告信息,缩短危急值处置周期,降低医疗风险,保障患者安全。The critical values of LIS,PACS,ECG,pathology and other systems was integrated to establish a unified reporting system of clinical critical values to control the clinical critical values throughout the whole process.Through the TTS speech synthesis technology,the critical value text report was converted into speech to realize the voice notification and warning function for critical value.It helped clinical medical staff to quickly obtain critical value report information,which shortened the critical value disposal cycle time,reduced medical risks,and ensured patient safety.
