医院内部督查改进疫情防控的实践与效果分析

摘　　要：探讨COVID-19疫情期间,医院内部建立多部门联合督查机制,有重点、分层次开展疫情防控督查工作,做到快速响应、及时整改,有效消除院内感染隐患。查找执行防控措施的薄弱环节,开展对医务人员与医疗辅助人员疫情防控知识培训,重点监督检查急诊科、CT检查室等容易出现交叉感染隐患的场所,督促不符合感染防控要求的科室结合实际情况进行改进与调整,最大限度地消除感染隐患,保障医患安全。During the COVID-19 epidemic,the hospital established a multi-department joint supervision mechanism,carrying out the focused and tiered supervision of COVID-19 prevention and control,which achieved rapid response,timely rectification and effective elimination of nosocomial infection risk.The hospital examined the weak chains of prevention and control,carried out COVID-19 prevention and control training for medical staff and assistants,and supervised the high risk places of cross infection,including emergency room and CT examination room.The departments that did not meet the COVID-19 prevention and control requirements were urged to improve and adjust to eliminate the infection risk to the most extent and to ensure the safety of patients and medical staff.
