摘 要:基于ANSYS Workbench软件对玻璃熔窑蓄热室的格子砖进行热分析模拟,研究格子砖在蓄热室冷却期不同厚度、换向时间、材质条件下的温度分布,并模拟出冷却期瞬态温度分布曲线。结果表明,模拟结果与解析计算结果相近,格子砖厚度越小、换向时间越长,格子砖温度降低越大。Based on ANSYS Workbench software,the thermal analysis and simulation of the checker brick in the regenerator of glass furnace were carried out.The temperature distribution of checker brick under different thickness,commutation time and material conditions in cooling period of regenerator was studied,and the transient temperature distribution curve in cooling period was simulated.The results show that the simulation results are similar to the analytical results,and the smaller the thickness of the checker brick,the longer the commutation time,and the lower the temperature of the checker brick.
