摘　　要：目的分析北京市2011-2018年异位妊娠死亡情况,探讨影响异位妊娠孕产妇死亡的因素,为进一步制定干预措施提供依据。方法采用SPSS 19.0统计软件对北京市2011-2018年所有异位妊娠死亡孕产妇个案资料进行描述性统计分析。结果2011-2018年北京市异位妊娠死亡15例,死亡专率为0.83/10万。异位妊娠死亡孕产妇的平均年龄为(33.60±1.18)岁,其中中学及以下文化程度者占40.00%,孕次≥2者占66.67%;出现症状到医院时间超过2 h者占80.00%,院前呼吸心跳停止者占60.00%;首诊医院为私人/一级医院者占33.33%,早期未行超声者占73.30%。结论北京市异位妊娠死亡率下降,但死亡占比上升。加强健康教育,提高育龄期妇女的自我保健意识是降低异位妊娠死亡率的重要措施。Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the ectopic pregnancy death in Beijing from 2011 to 2018, discuss the factors affecting ectopic pregnancy maternal death, and provide the basis for further development of intervention measures. Methods SPSS19.0 statistical software was used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis on all maternal deaths due to ectopic pregnancy in Beijing from 2011 to 2018. Results 15 cases of ectopic pregnancy died in Beijing from 2011 to2018, and the mortality rate was 0.83/100000. The average age of ectopic pregnancy deaths was 33.60 ±1.18 years, among which 40.00% of the women had a secondary school degree or below, and 66.67% of the women had more than 2 pregnancies. 80.00% of the patients had symptoms of more than 2 hours to the hospital, and 60.00% of the patients had respiratory and cardiac arrest before the hospital. Private/rural hospitals accounted for 33.33% of the patients who received the first diagnosis, and 73.30% of the patients did not receive ultrasound in the early stage. Conclusion The death rate of ectopic pregnancy decreased in Beijing, but the proportion of death increased. Strengthening health education and improving self-care awareness of women at childbearing age are important measures to reduce the mortality rate of ectopic pregnancy.
