摘  要:从法律的角度对生鲜食用菌供应链契约的稳定性进行了研究,讨论了食用菌价格波动对契约稳定性的影响,提出在当前的社会法律环境下,采用弹性契约和关系契约来提高生鲜食用菌契约稳定性的方法,对生鲜食用菌供应链契约的稳定性具有一定的现实意义。The stability of the fresh edible fungi supply chain contract from the legal point of view was studied,the influence of the price fluctuation of edible fungi on the stability of the contract was discussed,and the method of improving the stability of the fresh edible fungi supply chain contract was put forward by adopting the flexible contract and the relationship contract under the current social legal environment,which has certain practical significance for the stability of the fresh edible fungi supply chain contract.
