摘  要:菌类具有丰富的营养价值,成为人们十分喜爱的食物种类。通过详细阐述人工栽培食用菌供应链物流网络的构建措施,希望能通过食用菌供应链概况、供应链网络运行优势、提升供应链网络构建措施等版块加深对食用菌的认识,促进食用菌产业的不断发展。Fungi have rich nutritional value,and became a kind of food that people warmly pursue.The construction measures of the supply chain logistics network of artificially cultivated edible fungi were described in detail,hoping that can deepen the understanding of edible fungi species through the overview of edible fungi supply chain,the operation advantages of supply chain network,and the promotion of the construction measures of supply chain network,so as to promote the continuous development of edible fungi industry.
