食用菌栽培户的创业扶持政策评价与完善

摘　　要：食用菌栽培户的创业活动高度依赖于地方政府的创业扶持政策,因此通过调查问卷的形式对食用菌栽培户的创业扶持政策进行了评价,以此了解食用菌栽培户和相关人员对于创业扶持政策的赞同程度,并为各地方政府优化食用菌栽培户创业扶持政策提供参考依据。研究结果表明,创业扶持政策有待进一步加强,在创业扶持政策的制度扶持中赞同程度最高的为创业税收减免,其次为创业流程简化;而赞同度最低的为创业项目帮助,其次为创业土地租金减免。创业扶持政策的金融扶持中赞同程度最高的为融资渠道,其次为贷款担保;而赞同度最低的为贷款政策,其次为创业基金。The entrepreneurial activities of edible fungi cultivator are highly dependent on the local government’s entrepreneurial support policies.Therefore,the article evaluates the edible fungi cultivator’s entrepreneurial support policies in the form of a questionnaire to understand the edible fungi cultivators and related personnel for entrepreneurship.The degree of approval of the support policies,and provides a reference basis for local governments to optimize the support policies for edible fungi cultivators.The study showed that the entrepreneurial support policy needs to be further strengthened.Among the institutional support for the entrepreneurial support policy,the highest degree of approval is the tax relief for entrepreneurship,followed by the simplification of the entrepreneurial process.Among the financial support for entrepreneurial support policies,the highest degree of approval is financing channels,followed by loan guarantees.The lowest degree of approval is loan policies,followed by entrepreneurial funds.
