摘 要:从规模经济理论的角度来看,不同规模的菇农经济效益与生产效率都有一定的差异性,菇农在发展过程中要实现生产规模成本最小化,以求扩大经济提高收益。菇农以通过提高生产技术为发展方向,增加经济效益减少规模间差异。不同规模菇农在进行食用菌栽培时,所投入的生产比例、所采用的栽培技术以及配置效率等都是影响经济效率的因素。通过对影响菇农经济效率影响因素进行分析,从而推动菇农行业,而使食用菌栽培行业得到更加专业化、科学化发展。Based on the theory of scale economy,there are some differences between the economic benefits and production efficiency of different scale edible fungi farmers.In the process of development,edible fungi farmers should minimize the cost of production scale in order to expand the economy and improve the income.The direction of development of farmers is to improve production technology,increase economic benefits and reduce scale differences.When farmers of different scales plant edible fungi,the proportion of production,planting technology and allocation efficiency are all factors that affect the economic efficiency.Through the analysis of the factors that affect the economic efficiency of edible fungi farming,we can promote the farming industry and make it more professional and scientific.
