摘  要:针对压气机静子封严结构进行三维数值模拟,研究不同齿腔结构时篦齿的封严效果以及齿腔内泄漏流流动机理。结果表明,齿腔流动结构分齿尖射流区与齿腔回流区,其随工况变化有3种流动结构,流动结构越复杂,泄漏流与齿腔内流体能量交换越激烈,泄漏系数越小,泄漏系数最大相差2.9%,泄漏流流量最大相差3.1%。In this paper,there-dimensional numerical simulation of three-tooth seal structure of a compressor is done and the sealing effect and leakage flow mechanism of labyrinth seals are studied.Results show that the flow structure in the tooth cavity is divided into the tooth tip jet flow area and the tooth cavity reflux area.There are three kinds of flow structures with the change of the reflux area condition.The more complex flow structure,the leakage flow and cavity fluid energy exchange more intensely,the leakage coefficient is smaller,and the maximum leakage coefficient differs by 2.9%and leakage flow differs by 3.1%.
