摘  要:根据微型电动汽车设计指标要求,在原有样车的基础上,对其动力传动系统进行参数匹配,采用ADVISOR软件进行性能验证。以控制变量法为基础,从汽车结构、电机和蓄电池的角度,分别选取3个参数,研究控制策略参数优化取值范围。结果表明:在一定的取值范围内,对微型电动汽车续驶里程影响最大的3个参数依次是能量存储系统的最高电压、汽车总重和电机允许的最大电流;对动力性影响最大的3个参数依次是前轴载荷、电机过载系数和汽车总重;汽车结构参数能够同时达到增加续驶里程和提高动力性的参数优化取值,而电机和蓄电池对续驶里程和动力性不能同时达到最优参数取值,需要根据控制策略目标进行优化设计选择。According to the design requirements of the micro-electric vehicle,the parameter matching for its power system is carried out based on the prototype.The performance of the micro-electric vehicle is verified in the ADVISOR software.From the angle of the micro-electric vehicle structure,the motor and the battery,three typical parameters are selected.The value range of the parameter optimization is researched on based on the control variable method.The result shows that within certain value range,the maximum voltage of the energy storage system,the vehicle gross weight and the maximum allowable current of the motor are the three most important parameters affecting the driving range,while the front axle load,the motor overload coefficient and the vehicle gross weight are the three most important parameters affecting the power performance.Moreover,the selected three vehicle structural parameters can simultaneously increase the driving range and improve the dynamic performance,but the selected parameters for the motor and battery do not,which need to be analyzed on the basis of actual design situation.
