摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮肾镜结合输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术对复杂性肾结石的治疗作用。方法:将本院2018年1月~2019年10月收治的42例复杂性肾结石患者,随机分组,经皮肾镜手术组给予经皮肾镜手术,联合手术治疗组开展经皮肾镜结合输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术,比较效果。结果:联合手术治疗组的结石清除率、血红蛋白平均浓度水平高于经皮肾镜手术组,结石完全取出的时间、术后止痛治疗时间、下床活动时间、住院时间短于经皮肾镜手术组,并发症低于经皮肾镜手术组,P<0.05。结论:复杂性肾结石患者实施经皮肾镜结合输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术效果确切。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of holmium laser lithotripsy combined with percutaneous nephroscope on complex renal calculi.Methods:From January 2018 to October 2019,42 patients with complex renal calculi were randomly divided into two groups.The operation group was treated with percutaneous nephroscope,and the operation group was treated with percutaneous nephroscope combined with ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy.Compare results.Results:The stone removal rate and hemoglobin concentration in the combined operation group were higher than those in the percutaneous nephroscope operation group,and the time of stone removal,postoperative pain relief treatment,time of getting out of bed and hospitalization were shorter than those in the percutaneous nephroscope operation group.The complications were lower than those in the percutaneous nephroscope operation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of holmium laser lithotripsy combined with percutaneous nephroscopy and flexible ureteroscope are accurate.
