四维超声在胎儿先天性心脏病诊断中的进展研究

摘　　要：胎儿先天性心脏病属于常见的先天性畸形疾病,流行病学调查结果显示,胎儿先天性心脏病发病率高,占所有先天性残疾儿童的5%左右,对产妇本人及其家庭均带来严重影响,也是造成胎儿死亡的重要因素。妊娠期及时为产妇开展心脏超声筛查,可及时发现先天性心脏畸形问题,从而采取一定的干预措施,是提高围生质量的重要途径。本次调查研究结合临床实践经验,综合多个权威文献及资料,对四维超声在胎儿先天性心脏疾病中的诊断应用价值加以分析和探讨,报道内容如下。Fetal congenital heart disease is a common congenital malformation disease.The results of epidemiological survey show that the incidence of fetal congenital heart disease is high,accounting for about 5%of all children with congenital disabilities.It has a serious impact on the maternal and their families,and it is also an important factor causing fetal death.It is an important way to improve the quality of perinatal by carrying out ultrasound screening for pregnant women in time and finding out congenital heart malformation in time.Based on the clinical experience,many authoritative literatures and data,the value of fourdimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease was analyzed and discussed.The report content is as follows.
