监护仪报警疲劳相关原因及对策研究进展

摘　　要：监护仪是一种医疗产品,其主要用于监测患者的病情,当患者的病情出现变化监护仪就会及时的报警,此时,医护人员也会根据报警的具体情况来分析出现报警的原因和性质,继而根据实际情况采取一系列的护理措施。但是就目前医院护士和患者的比例不协调,患者的病情较多且复杂,监护仪一旦出现报警频繁,医护人员因为工作较多或者其他原因,会出现视觉以及听觉方面的混乱,反应以及处理问题的能力会下降,继而产生报警疲劳。本研究就监护仪报警疲劳进行阐述,分析监护仪报警疲劳的原因,提出应对监护仪报警疲劳的对策。Monitor is a medical product,which is mainly used to monitor patients’condition.When patients’condition changes,the monitor will give a timely alarm.At this time,medical staff will also analyze the reason and nature of the alarm according to the specific situation of the alarm,and then take a series of nursing measures according to the actual situation.However,as the ratio between nurses and patients in the hospital is not coordinated at present,patients have many and complex conditions.Once the monitor alarms frequently,medical staff will have visual and auditory disorders due to too much work or other reasons,and their response and problem handling ability will decline,resulting in alarm fatigue.This study expounds the alarm fatigue of monitor,analyzes the cause of alarm fatigue of monitor,and puts forward countermeasures to alarm fatigue of monitor.
