低温等离子射频消融术治疗小儿阻塞性呼吸暂停综合征疗效及疼痛度分析

摘　　要：目的:分析低温等离子射频消融术治疗小儿阻塞性呼吸暂停综合征疗效及疼痛度分析。方法:选择2018年6月~2019年6月本院收治的90例阻塞性呼吸暂停综合征患儿,按随机数表分为两组,对照组45例给予传统手术治疗,研究组45例给予低温等离子射频消融术治疗,对两组患儿疗效及疼痛度进行比较。结果:研究组患儿治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组患儿治疗后疼痛评分为(3.99±0.63)分,明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:低温等离子射频消融术治疗阻塞性呼吸暂停综合征患儿,可降低患儿疼痛程度,有效提高其治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the curative effect and pain degree of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for children with obstructive apnea syndrome.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,90 cases of obstructive apnea syndrome children admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group received 45 cases of traditional surgery and the study group received 45 cases.Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation was used to compare the efficacy and pain of the two groups of children.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the pain score of the study group after treatment was(3.99±0.63)points,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of children with obstructive apnea syndrome can reduce the pain level of the children and effectively improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of popularization and clinical use.
