摘　　要：目的:探究改良式低位产钳术联合无保护会阴助产技术对自然分娩的护理效果。方法:选取本院2018年4月~2019年4月收治的50例初产妇,随机分为参照组和联合组,每组各25例。参照组采取改良式低位产钳术助产,联合组采取改良式低位产钳术联合无保护会阴助产技术。观察两组产妇的自然分娩效果。结果:联合组的分娩产时和产后48h出血量、NRS评分指标、总并发症发生率显著低于参照组,P<0.05,具有可比性。结论:通过改良式低位产钳术联合无保护会阴助产技术,可以有效减少产妇在自然分娩过程中的痛苦程度,也可有效降低剖宫产率和并发症的发生率,确保产妇和胎儿的健康。Objective:To explore the nursing effect of improved low forceps combined with unprotected perineum midwifery on natural delivery.Methods:50 primiparas admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into reference group and combined group,25 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with modified low forceps,while the combined group was treated with modified low forceps and unprotected perineum.The effect of natural delivery was observed.Results:The bleeding volume,NRS score and the incidence of total complications in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved low forceps combined with unprotected perineum midwifery can reduce the pain of parturient in the process of natural delivery,and also can effectively reduce the rate of cesarean section and the incidence of complications,so as to ensure the health of parturient and fetus.
