经皮黄疸仪在新生儿黄疸中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮黄疸仪在新生儿黄疸中的应用。方法:选取2018年2月~2019年6月本院收治的新生儿黄疸术患儿50例,按照随机数字法分为两组,对照组应用静脉采血检测,研究组应用经皮黄疸仪检测。结果:研究组患儿出现的皮肤出血、感染的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经皮黄疸仪在治疗新生儿黄疸中的应用取得了较为满意的效果,因为其操作安全无创伤,降低了患儿的皮肤出血以及感染等不良现象的发生,所以患儿的家长比较容易接受,提高了患儿对医院的满意度,有利于医院的长期发展。Objective:To explore the application of transcutaneous jaundice instrument in neonatal jaundice.Methods:50 cases of neonatal jaundice treated in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was detected by venous blood collection,and the study group was detected by percutaneous jaundice instrument.Results:The incidence of skin bleeding and infection in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of transcutaneous jaundice instrument in the treatment of neonatal jaundice has achieved a more satisfactory effect,because its operation is safe and noninvasive,reducing the occurrence of skin bleeding and infection and other adverse phenomena,so the parents of the children are more easy to accept,improve the satisfaction of children to the hospital,which is conducive to the long-term development of the hospital,and should be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
