摘　　要：随着经济的发展和社会进步,人们在买车的时候更加关注车身内部的舒适性,尤其在驾驶室密封性方面。密封性主要包含:水密性、气密性和灰尘密封性。淋雨线主要是用来模拟自然降雨的环境,用于测试驾驶室总成水密性和气密性,是新车下线必不可少的检测设备。文章主要对淋雨线的结构组成进行简单介绍,以期对汽车整车下线时对应的密封性能进行准确测定,明确由于工艺原因引起的漏水部位,并提出对应的解决措施,从而更好地解决整车漏水问题。With the development of economy and social progress,people pay more attention to the comfort of the interior of the car body when they buy a car,especially in the sealing of the cab.Sealing mainly includes:water tightness,air tightness and dust tightness.The rain line is mainly used to simulate the environment of natural rainfall,to test the water tightness and air tightness of the cab assembly,and it is an essential testing equipment for new car offline.This paper mainly introduces the structure and composition of the rain line,in order to accurately measure the corresponding sealing performance of the vehicle when it is offline,to clarify the water leakage caused by the process,and to put forward the corresponding solutions,so as to better solve the vehicle water leakage problem.
