摘 要:为了解决轮胎螺母拧紧机在应用中出现的无法柔性化对轮胎五个螺母在分度圆不同的情况下同线拧紧问题,在对现场工况和要求进行充分的分析后,对轮胎螺母拧紧机的各个组成部分重新进行设计,提出了通过气缸与直线滑轨结合的方式驱动拧紧轴进行五轴自动变径的设计方案,并且分析了该方案的可行性。经现场使用表明,该设计方案切实可行,设备运行稳定,可以满足轮胎五个螺母在分度圆不同的情况下同线拧紧要求,在保证质量的同时提高了生产效率。In order to solve the problem that the tire nut tightening machine cannot be flexible in application,the five nuts of the tire are tightened in the same line under different reference circle.After a thorough analysis of the on-site working conditions and requirements,the tire nut tightening machine of each component of the system was redesigned,and a design scheme for driving the tightening shaft through the combination of the cylinder and the linear slide rail for five-axis automatic reducing was proposed,and the feasibility of the scheme was analyzed.Field use shows that the design scheme is practical and stable,and the equipment runs stably,which can meet the same-line tightening requirements of the five nuts of the tire under different reference circle,which improves production efficiency while ensuring quality.
