摘 要:早燃、爆震是发动机的非正常燃烧现象,超级爆震会在短时间内损坏发动机。根据控制策略,爆震检测是发动机调整参数抑制爆震的基础,而爆震特征的提取和评价是爆震检测与控制的前提。文章通过进行发动机爆震试验,基于EMS爆震传感器信号识别爆震的方法进行系统研究,旨在提高EMS识别爆震精度和爆震强度,提出了爆震强度评价指标KI,最后利用基于缸压传感器得到的爆震因子KV对其进行验证,结果表明:基于缸压信号,可以对EMS爆震传感器的识别能力进行评价,EMS选择合适的阈值可以100%识别出重度爆震。Preignition and knocking are abnormal combustion phenomenons of engine,super knocking can destroy engine in short time.On the basis with control strategy,knock detection is the foundation of engine parameter adjustment to suppress knock,knock feature extraction and intensity evaluation is the premise of knock detection and control.In this paper,engine knock test is carried out,the knock signal recognition method based on EMS knock sensor is studied systematically,the aim is to improve the accuracy and intensity of EMS knock identification,the knock intensity evaluation index KI is proposed,finally,the knock factor KV based on the cylinder pressure sensor is used to verify KI.The results show that EMS knock sensor based on cylinder pressure can evaluate knock intensity,severe knock can be 100%recognized by selecting the appropriate EMS threshold.
