摘　　要：如何压缩试制时间进而缩短整车开发周期,加速新车型上市,提升广汽品牌竞争力,是近年来广汽研究院发展面临的挑战和机遇。文章通过借鉴国内外研发机构系统建设思路,结合院内完善的试制管理体系,概述建设一套完整的有生命力的信息化、数字化管理系统,旨在通过信息化和数字化建设研究,用数字化思维改善管理,提升效率,推动试制管理稳步发展和缩短试制周期具有积极作用。How to reduce the trial production time to shorten the development cycle of the entire vehicle,accelerate the launch of new models,and enhance the competitiveness of the GAC brand are the challenges and opportunities faced by GAC R&D CENTER in recent years.This article summarizes a complete set of vitalized information and digital management systems by drawing on domestic and foreign R&D institution system construction ideas and combining with the comprehensive trial management system within the institute.Through research on information and digital construction,aims to positively improve efficiency,promoting the steady development of trial production management and shortening the trial production cycle.
