摘　　要：目的:探讨微信平台在公众药品不良反应(adverse drug reactions,ADR)监测中的运用效果。方法:将2018年11月至2019年8月我院门诊取药的300例患者按日期单双日分为观察组和对照组各150例。对照组采用传统的窗口发药指导,发放ADR宣传资料的方式对患者进行宣教,观察组在此基础上利用微信平台推送ADR相关知识的图文信息,提供安全合理用药指导。观察两组患者干预前、干预后1个月ADR认知及行为得分情况。结果:观察组1个月后ADR认知及行为的得分为(7.02±3.04)、(11.82±1.96),高于对照组的(5.39±2.28)、(11.30±1.60),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组有5例患者报告ADR,有4例患者咨询与ADR有关的问题,而对照组为零。结论:通过微信公众平台实施药学服务,可有效提高公众对ADR的认知度和报告的意识。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of Wechat platform in the monitoring of adverse drug reactions.METHODS From November 2018 to August 2019,300 outpatients of our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the date of single and double days,with 150 cases in each group.In the control group,the traditional window drug distribution guidance was used to educate the patients by distributing ADR publicity materials.On this basis,the WeChat platform was used to release the picture and text information of ADR related knowledge and provide the guidance for safe and rational drug use.The cognition and behavior scores of adverse drug reactions were observed before and 1 month after the intervention.RESULTS he scores of ADR cognition and behavior in the observation group were(7.02±3.04)and(11.82±1.96)after 1 month,which were higher than those in the control group(5.39±2.28)and(11.30±1.60),with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the observation group,5 patients reported ADR,4 patients asked questions related to ADR,while in the control group,there was zero.CONCLUSION The implementation of pharmaceutical care through WeChat public platform can effectively improve the public awareness and reporting awareness of adverse drug reactions.
