摘　　要：介绍了通过炉衬的设计、耐火材料选用、施工质量保证以及冶炼过程渣型选择与控制、开炉操作注意事项、渣铁眼的正确使用维护等方面的技术改进,将镍铁矿热炉炉衬使用寿命提高到10年,甚至更长时间是可行的。It introduces the feasibility of prolonging the service life of ferronickel furnace lining to 10 years or even longer through the technical improvements of furnace lining design,refractory selection,construction quality assurance,slag type selection and control in smelting process,attentions for start-up of the furnace,correct use and maintenance of tapping holes,etc.
