摘 要:悬架总成中的橡胶衬套作为悬架系统各构件的连接元件,对悬架及整车的NVH性能有很大影响。建立含减振器支柱总成橡胶衬套及不含相应衬套的整车振动系统数学模型,求解得到,橡胶衬套可有效地改善整车的NVH性能;基于ADAMS/CAR建立整车平顺性仿真模型,仿真结果验证了数学模型及分析结果的准确性;基于该数学模型采用灵敏度分析方式研究不同连接处衬套刚度对整车振动响应的影响并进行优化设计,结果表明,优化衬套刚度可进一步提升整车的NVH性能。研究结果对整车NVH性能的优化设计具有一定的参考意义。The rubber bushing in the suspension assembly is the connecting component of the suspension system,which has a great influence on the NVH performance of the suspension and the whole vehicle. The mathematical model of the whole vehicle vibration considering the rubber bushing of the shock absorber strut assembly and the mathematical models without considering its influence are established,it can be found that the rubber bushing can effectively improve the NVH performance of the vehicle;and the simulation model of the vehicle ride comfort is established basedon Adams/car,the accuracy of the mathematic model and the analysis result are verified by simulation results;the effect of the stiffness of the bushing on the vibration response of the whole vehicle is studied based by sensitivity analysis on the mathematical model and to optimize accordingly,and the results show that the NVH performance of the vehicle can be further improved by optimizing the bushing stiffness. The research results have a certain reference meaning to the optimization design of the NVH performance of the vehicle.
