摘 要:在外圈具有单一缺陷滚动轴承二自由度动力学模型基础上,引入不平衡激励,建立不平衡影响下外圈具有单一缺陷的滚动轴承的动力学模型。通过数值计算,分析了不平衡对外圈具有单一局部故障滚动轴承振动特征的影响。结果表明,当不平衡载荷远小于径向载荷时,外圈缺陷轴承的振动特征变化不明显,其特征频率为滚动体通过外圈故障的振动频率及其倍频。当不平衡载荷逐渐增大至接近径向载荷时,轴承的振动出现了调制现象,其特征频率为轴的旋转频率、滚动体通过外圈的频率以及它们形成的边频。Based on a two degree of freedom dynamic model of rolling bearings with a single defect on the outer ring,a new dynamic model of rolling bearing is established by introducing unbalance. Through the numerical calculation,the influence of unbalance on the vibration characteristics of rolling bearing is analyzed. The results show that when the unbalanced load is much smaller than the radial load,the vibration characteristics of the outer ring defect bearing are not change obviously,the characteristic frequency is the frequency of the rolling body passing through the outer ring and its frequency multiplication.When the unbalanced load is gradually increased to the radial load,the vibration of the bearing appears to be modulated,The frequency of its characteristics is the rotation frequency of the axis,the frequency of the rolling body through the outer ring and the side frequency of them.
