摘 要:针对高频电磁泵的单向阀配流问题,对单向阀进行优化来提升电磁泵的性能。通过应用Fluent的UDF程序和动网格技术对整个电磁泵进行瞬态仿真计算,以电磁泵净输出流量最大为目标,同时利用正交实验设计的方法研究单向阀径孔比、行程、刚度对泵流量性能的影响。研究结果表明,通过优化单向阀参数能够有效地提升泵净输出流量,流量同比提高了17.65%。搭建了高频电磁泵试验平台,试验测试结果与仿真相吻合,验证了模型的正确性,同时为高频电磁泵性能的提升提供理论基础。Aiming at researching the flow characteristics of high frequency electromagnetic pump applied check valve,and the check valve was optimized to improve the performance of the electromagnetic pump. The transient simulation of thee electromagnetic pump was carried out by Fluent UDF program and dynamic grid technology. The largest net flow output as the goal,the influence of check valve’s diameter ratio,stroke and stiffness on the flow rate of the electromagnetic pump was analyzed using the orthogonal test design method. Besides,The results show that by optimizing check valves will enhance the net output flow effectively.Additionally,the net output flow with the best design of check valves is improved 17.65% compared with the initial design. And the high frequency electromagnetic pump test platform was built. The test results inosculate with simulation,and verify correctness of the model,while a theoretical basis is provided for the improvement of the performance of electromagnetic pump.
