摘  要:内曲线径向柱塞式液压马达因柱塞的加速度惯性力的变化对导轨产生冲击,容易导致导轨形变与疲劳点蚀,甚至出现滚柱脱离导轨的现象,极大的降低了液压马达导轨的使用寿命。考虑到滚柱脱离导轨的因素,对其产生的冲击力与液压马达导轨的使用寿命的关系进行定量的分析,根据液压马达工作原理建立动力学仿真,解出滚柱脱离导轨的具体位移数据,建立滚柱冲击导轨的有限元模型,求出导轨所受的冲击力。考虑到滚柱对导轨的冲击是交变载荷,应用Goodman算法预测导轨的疲劳寿命。研究结果表明:通过优化导轨结构参数可以有效的降低滚柱对导轨的冲击力。本篇论文的研究内容为从事内曲线液压马达研究设计人员提供了一定的参考。The changes of the acceleration inertial force of the roller in the internal curved radial piston hydraulic motor.Generate impact on the guideway,Easy to cause deformation and produce fatigue pitting,even appear the phenomenon of roller separates from guideway,reduce the service life of the hydraulic motor guideway greatly. In this paper,Considering the factors that the roller deviates from the guide,Analysis of the The relationship between the impact force and the service life of hydraulic motor guideway quantitatively. establish dynamic simulation by working principle of hydraulic motor,Solve the concrete displacement data of the roller separates from guideway. Establish the analysis model of the roller impacting on the guideway,obtain the concentrated stress of the guideway. The impact force of the roller on the guideway is an alternating load,use Goodman algorithm to calculate the fatigue life of the guideway. Research indicated:selecting the appropriate size of the rail structure effectively reduce the maximum concentrated stress of the guideway. The results of this paper provide some reference for the research and design of internal curve hydraulic motor.
