摘　　要：介绍康明斯NT855-C280型柴油机PT燃油系统结构组成和工作原理。针对TY220J型履带式推土机熄火困难故障现象,分析判断熄火困难故障原因和故障部位,介绍排除方法。通过拆卸检修PT燃油系统,发现熄火电磁阀阀片平衡孔堵塞,清洗阀片后按要求装复熄火电磁阀,柴油机熄火困难故障消失。The structure and working principle of PT fuel system of Cummins NT855-C280 diesel engine are introduced. Aiming at the flameout fault of type TY220 J crawler bulldozer, the fault reasons are determined and the fault positions are located, the troubleshooting solutions of the flameout fault are introduced. By disassembling and repairing PT fuel system, the balance-holes of the valve plate of the flameout magnetic valve are found to be blocked.After cleaning the valve plate with diesel and reinstalling the flameout magnetic valve, the flameout fault disappears.
