摘　　要：离心泵是在石油化工企业生产中使用十分广泛的一种设备,但是因为长期的运行,离心泵容易出现一些故障。石油化工企业是国内经济体系中非常关键的部分,而离心泵作为其中非常重要的部分,若是没有及时处理离心泵的故障,就有发生安全事故的可能。因此在离心泵的日常运行中,要做好检修以及维护的工作,保证离心泵良好的工作状态,并维持企业的日常生产,降低其中的能耗问题。文章分析石油化工企业生产中如何实现对离心泵的有效检修以及维护,提升离心泵的整体运行效率。Centrifugal pump is widely used in petrochemical enterprises,but because of long-term operation,centrifugal pump is prone to some faults.Petrochemical enterprises are a very important part of the domestic economic system,and the centrifugal pump as a very important part,if there is no timely treatment of the centrifugal pump failure,there is the possibility of safety accidents.Therefore,in the daily operation of centrifugal pump,it is necessary to do a good job of maintenance and maintenance to ensure that the centrifugal pump in good working condition,and to maintain the daily production of enterprises,reduce the energy consumption.This paper analyzes how to realize the effective overhaul and maintenance of the centrifugal pump in the production of petrochemical enterprises,and how to improve the overall operating efficiency of the centrifugal pump.
