摘  要:设计立式换热器时,常常在管板上设置一个排放孔,以便排出壳程介质易产生的沉淀聚集和蒸流液聚集,避免加重管板与换热管焊缝的腐蚀。针对换热器在进行压力试验时,管板开孔接管焊缝发生泄漏,运用ANSYS软件对管板、开孔接管焊缝进行应力分析,找出开孔接管设计问题,给出解决方案。In the design of vertical heat exchanger,a drain hole is often set on the tube sheet,so as to discharge the precipitate accumulation and vapor liquid accumulation easily produced by the medium on the shell side,so as to avoid aggravating the corrosion of the weld between the tube sheet and the heat exchange tube.In view of the leakage of opening nozzle weld on the tube sheet during the hydrostatic test of the heat exchanger,the ANSYS software is used to analyze the stress of the tube plate and the opening nozzle weld.To find out the design problem of the opening nozzle,and provide the solution.
