血浆置换治疗肝功能衰竭发生过敏反应的预防与护理

摘　　要：目的分析血浆置换术治疗肝功能衰竭时发生过敏反应的预防与护理。方法选130例肝功能衰竭患者,对其采取血浆置换进行治疗,观察治疗时过敏反应,并给予有效的预防及护理措施。结果130例患者共进行410例次的血浆置换治疗,发生过敏反应44例次,发生率10.73%,其中发生全身荨麻疹的有6例次,发生皮疹或皮疹瘙痒的有33例次,发生过敏性休克的有5例次。发生过敏的患者均经积极、有效的处理后得到有效的缓解或消失,且未发生死亡事件。结论对肝功能衰竭患者实施血浆置换治疗可行,但需注意做好针对于过敏反应的预防以及护理。Objective To analyze the prevention and nursing of allergic reaction in the treatment of liver failure by plasma exchange.Methods 130 patients with liver failure were selected and treated with plasma exchange.The allergic reaction was observed and effective preventive and nursing measures were given.Results There were 410 times of plasma exchange in 130 patients,44 times of anaphylaxis occurred,the incidence was 10.73%.Among them,there were 6 times of systemic urticaria,33 times of rash or pruritus,and 5 times of anaphylactic shock.The patients with allergy were relieved or disappeared after active and effective treatment,and no death event occurred.Conclusion Plasma exchange therapy is feasible for patients with liver failure,but we should pay attention to the prevention and nursing of allergic reaction.
