摘　　要：患者,女,26岁。四肢红斑伴瘙痒1周。口服灰黄霉素片1周后,在曝光部位出现红斑伴瘙痒,诊断光敏性药疹。给予糖皮质激素、抗组胺药物治疗后,皮疹消退。A 26-year-old female presented with erythema on limbs with itching for one week.One week after oral griseofulvin tablets,erythema with itching occured at the exposed site,and the diagnosis of photosensitive drug eruption was made.After treatment with glucocorticoids and antihistamines,the rash subsided.
