摘　　要：文章运用对比分析,确定卷烟物流跨区配送范围,在跨区域物流开展过程中,综合考虑物流资源状况、管理幅度和配送速度,提出四种配送模式,然后对贵阳卷烟物流中心跨区域配送的成本、盈利进行分析,为选择最优的卷烟跨区配送方案提供参考。In this paper, the comparative analysis is used to determine the cross regional distribution scope of cigarette logistics. In the process of cross regional logistics development, four distribution modes are put forward by comprehensively considering the status of logistics resources, management range and distribution speed. Then, the cost and profit of cross regional distribution of Guiyang cigarette logistics center are analyzed to provide reference for selecting the optimal cross regional distribution scheme.
