中小型物流企业运输成本控制对策探讨

摘　　要：现阶段物流行业的竞争还是相对激烈的,中小型物流企业在自身实力不占据优势地位的情况下,必须要努力控制企业的运输成本,从而提高企业的竞争力。文章分析了中小型物流企业运输业务的特点,指出了当前中小型物流企业在控制运输成本过程中所遇到的难点,并给出了相关的发展对策,希望能为中小型物流企业未来的长期发展提供一定的帮助。At present,the competition in the logistics industry is still relatively fierce.Under the circumstance that the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises do not occupy the dominant position in their own strength,they must try their best to control the transportation cost of the enterprises,so as to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the transportation business of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,points out the difficulties encountered by the current small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the process of controlling the transportation cost,and puts forward the relevant development countermeasures,hoping to provide some help for the long-term development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the future.
