摘 要:目的:了解某基层医院喘息性支气管肺炎住院患儿平喘用药情况。方法:回顾性分析某基层医院2017年8月至2017年12月收治的192例喘息性支气管肺炎患儿应用平喘药物治疗的情况。结果:婴幼儿是喘息性支气管肺炎主要患病人群,其中男性患儿占70.83%。平喘治疗以单用雾化吸入给药为主,其次为雾化吸入联合口服给药、雾化吸入联合静脉给药、雾化吸入联合口服给药和静脉给药三种给药方式进行平喘治疗。雾化吸入给药以吸入用布地奈德混悬液+吸入用沙丁胺醇溶液+吸入用异丙托溴铵溶液为主,占81.25%,吸入用布地奈德混悬液药品费用较高,占雾化吸入药物总费用的73.9%。结论:喘息性支气管肺炎住院患儿平喘治疗以雾化吸入给药为基础,个体化的平喘给药方案可保障患儿的用药安全。Objective: To investigate the use of antiasthmatic drugs in hospitalized children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia in a primary hospital. Methods: Retrospectively analysis was performed on clinical data of use of antiasthmatic drugs in 192 children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia admitted into a primary hospital from Aug. to Dec. of 2017. Results: Infants and young children were the main group of patients with asthmatic bronchopneumonia,among which males accounted for 70. 83%. Antiasthmatic treatment was mainly given by aerosol inhalation alone,followed by aerosol inhalation combined with oral administration,aerosol inhalation combined with intravenous administration,aerosol inhalation combined oral administration and intravenous administration. Aerosol inhalation mainly consisted of budesonide suspension for inhalation + salbutamol solution for inhalation + ipratropium bromide for inhalation,accounting for81. 25%. The consumption sum of budesonide suspension for inhalation was higher,accounting for 73. 9% of the total cost of nebulized inhalation drugs. Conclusion: The asthmatic bronchopneumonia treatment is based on nebulized inhalation therapy,antiasthmatic regimens should be individualized to ensure the safety of antiasthmatic treatment for children.
