摘  要:文章针对西部风沙环境客运机车前窗玻璃出现的惯性开裂现象,结合现场调研情况,详细分析了玻璃开裂的多种影响因素,对前窗玻璃的强度进行仿真校核,并进行了模拟风沙侵蚀试验,提出了具体的改进方案。改进后的前窗玻璃经装车验证,效果良好。In view of the windscreen inertia cracking of passenger locomotive serving in the west of China which is in the desert environment,this paper analyzes the various influencing factors of windscreen cracking in detail combining with the field investigation.The strength of windscreen is simulated and checked,and the sand erosion test is simulated.The specific improving schemes are proposed.The improved windscreens are verified by loading,and the effect is good.
