摘　　要：随着外卖App的兴起,外卖行业越来越成为人们食品消费的主力.外卖平台提供多元化服务的同时,食品安全问题也层出不穷.文章基于博弈论思想,在构建外卖平台监管部门与商家参与的混合策略博弈模型的基础上,构建政府食品安全监管部门、外卖平台监管和商家三方同时参与的混合策略博弈模型.并通过对博弈模型混合策略的纳什均衡分析发现提高对外卖平台不作为的处罚以及加大对商家投机的处罚,降低政府部门抽查的成本,以及外卖平台的监管成本能有效提高商家生产合格食品的效率.With the rise of take-out platform,take-away food industry more and more people become the main food consumption delivery platform provides diversified services at the same time,the food safety problems emerge in endlessly,too.In this paper,based on game theory,in constructing a take-out platform regulators and merchants to participate in the mixed strategy of game model,on the basis of building the government food safety regulators,take-out platform regulatory and business at the same time to participate in the mixed strategy of game model.And through the game model of mixed strategy Nash equilibrium analysis found that improving foreign selling platform is not a punishment,and speculation of punishment to the businessman more,reduce the cost of government audit,regulatory costs and delivery platform can effectively improve the efficiency of the production of qualified food.
