药品合理分类及药品监管制度在医院西药房管理中的应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探究在医院西药房管理中应用药品合理分类和药品监管制度是否具有价值。方法选择2017年6月至12月和2018年1月至6月在本院西药房取药的患者作为本次实验研究对象,对比2017年未实施药品合理分类及药品监管制度和2018年实施该制度后药房出现差错的例数以及患者对药房的满意度。结果实施前共出现了75例用药错误,实施后仅18例;实施前患者对药房的满意度为3.06,实施后满意度提升到4.14;实施前后差错发生例数和满意度之间的差值较大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药品合理分类及药品监管制度在医院西药房管理中的应用具有一定价值,建议推广。Objective To explore the application of drugs in hospital pharmacy management whether reasonable classification and drug regulatory system has value.Methods Selection in June 2017 to December and January to June,2018 in our hospital pharmacy drug patients as the research object,the experiments of comparison in 2017 did not implement drug reasonable classification and drug regulatory system and 2018 cases of introducing defects after the implementation of the system pharmacy and patient satisfaction of pharmacy.Results Before the implementation of the results in 75 cases of medication errors,after the implementation of only 18 cases;In patients with prior to implementation of pharmacy satisfaction is 3.06,after the implementation of satisfaction to 4.14;Error before and after the difference between the number of cases and satisfaction is larger,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Drug classification and reasonable drug regulatory system in the application of hospital pharmacy management has a certain value,recommended.
