摘　　要：目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发期间多学科团队支援发热门诊的有效管理策略。方法借鉴既往突发应急事件的应对方法,结合此次疫情的发展特点加强管理,包括多学科救援系统的建设与培训、个人防护和环境消毒隔离措施、标本采集及运送格局划分再造、优化患者就诊流程、准确统计与核查数据、医护人员心理支持与定期疾病排查隔离方案、控制管理及质量改进等保障工作安全有序进行。结果发热门诊疫情报告准确、及时,无漏报、瞒报、谎报,无医务人员感染。结论在新型冠状病毒肺炎暴发期间,采取因地因时而宜的护理管理措施,能有效做到“早发现、早报告、早隔离、早治疗”,保障患者有序、有效、快速和安全看诊,防止交叉感染的发生。Objective To explore the optimal strategy for multidisciplinary team management in supporting the fever clinie amid the outbreak of novel coronavirus disease.Methods Refine the management strategy by referring to both the previous emergency response plans and the characteristics of the outbreak,which includes establishing the multidisciplinary rescue system and relevant training program,conducting personal protection and environmental disinfection.faeilitating specimen collection and transportation,rearranging the clinical settings,optimizing patient care pathway,assuring the accuracy of data arrangement and analysis,promoting psychological support as well as regular infection screening and isolation for health professionals,and improving quality control and improvement.Results The report of novel coronavirus infection in the fever clinic was accurate and timely under the new management strategy.There was no omitted,concealed,or false report of novel coronavirus infection.No health professional was infected in the fever clinic.Conclusion During the outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia,nursing management measures based on local conditions and time can efectively achieve the"Early detection,Early reporting,Early isolation,Early treatment",to ensure the orderly,effective,rapid and safe treatment of patients,to prevent the occurrence of cross-infection.
