摘　　要：目的针对目前网架式帐篷普遍存在的组合不灵活,手术分区不合理等缺陷问题,研制一种在灾害救援或战伤救治领域,,能开展损伤控制性手术的便携、组合灵活、手术分区合理的组合式充气帐篷。方法基于战伤救治及抢险救灾损伤控制性手术条件需求,在当前应用的充气式卫生帐篷的基础上,附加通道帐篷、隔帘、双层篷布、通风道、门帘等结构,使其符合区分人员通道、手术分区合理.循环通风要求,具备方便携带、灵活组合、手术分区合理等特点。结果通过对研制的充气帐篷进行三期维护及改进实验,经过阶段性效果监测,对相关数据进行整理和分析,结果证实该组合型充气式卫生帐篷性能完好,具备开展紧急损伤控制性手术的条件。结论研制的组合式充气卫生帐篷符合战术战伤救治及灾害教援条件下开展损伤控制性手术的条件,可以考虑在战备、抢险救灾的现场开展损伤控制性手术使用。Objective To develop a portable,flexible and reasonable combined inflatable tent for damage control operation in the field of disaster relief or war wound treatment,aiming at the problems of universally existing network tent such as inflexible combination and unreasonable operation zoning.Methods Based on the requirements of battle wound rescue and disaster relief damage control operation conditions,and on the basis of the current inflatable health tent,additional passage tent,partition curtain,doubledeck tent,ventilation duct and door curtain were added to make it conform to the requirements of personnel passage,reasonable operation zoning,circulatory ventilation,convenient carrying,flexible combination and reasonable operation zoning.Results Through the threestage maintenance and improvement experiments of the developed inflatable tent,the relevant data were collated and analyzed through the stage effect monitoring.The results showed that the combined inflatable health tent had good performance and had the conditions for emergeney damage control surgery.Conclusion The developed combined inflatable health tent meets the requirements of damage control operation under the conditions of tactical war wound rescue and disaster rescue.It can be considered that damage control operation should be carried out in the field of combat readiness and emergency relief.
