摘 要:目的探究微课在农村中学生应急救护培训中的教学效果。方法选取2018年农村某两所中学的初三学生(共400名)为本次研究的主体,将其按整群抽样法分为观察组和对照组,每组各200例。对照组采用传统教学法对学生进行培训,观察组在对照组的基础上采用微课的方式进行培训。观察两组学生培训后的考核成绩、教学评价情况,比较两组学生的学习有效率。结果观察组患者的理论成绩为(95.34±3.83)分,显著低于对照组[(81.28±3.91)分,p<0.05];操作成绩为(97.59±3.6)分,显著高于对照组[(80.4±1.53)分,P<0.05]。观察组的自主学习、移动学习及内容掌握有效率分别为93.50%、10.00%98.50%,显著高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生的学习兴趣、应急救护能力、操作技能水平分别为97.00%.98.50%.95.00%,显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课在农村中学生应急救护培训中可取得良好的教学效果,有助于提高农村中学生的应急救护能力。Objective To explore the teaching ffect of micro-class in rural middle school students'emergency rescue training.Methods A total of 124 middle school students from Grade3 in a rural middle school in 2018 were selected as the subject of this study.They were divided into observation group(n=62)and control group(n=62)according to the method of random digital table.The traditional teaching method was used to train the students in the control group,while the observation group was trained by the micro-class method on the basis of the control group.To observe the evaluation results and teaching parity of the two groups of students after training,and to compare the learning efficiency of the two groups.Results The theoretical score of the patients in the observation'group was(95.34±3.83).which was significantly lower than that in the control group[(81.28±3.91),P<0.05].The operaing performance was(97.59±3.6),which was significantly higher than that in the control group[(80.4±1.53).P<0.05].The effective rates of autonomous learning,mobile learning and content mastering in the observation group were 93.50%,100%and 98.50%,respectively,which were significanly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The learning interest,the ability of emergency rescue and the skill level of operation in the observation group were 97.00%,98.50%and 95.00%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The microcourse can obtain good teaching effect in the rural middle school students'emergency rescue training,which is helpful to stimulate the students'interest in learning and further improve the ability of emergency rescue.
