中药降糖茶方对老年糖耐量异常患者糖脂代谢及胰岛素敏感性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药降糖茶方对老年糖耐量异常患者糖脂代谢及胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法:将100例老年糖耐量异常住院患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者给予饮食及运动疗法治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予中药降糖茶方治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后FPG、2hPG、HbA1C、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、FINS、MSI、HOMA-IR变化及糖尿病转归情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分均下降,且观察组患者治疗1、2、3个月中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者FPG、2hPG、HbA1C、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、FINS、MSI、HOMA-IR比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗前后FPG、2hPG、HbA1C、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、FINS、MSI、HOMA-IR均无明显变化(P>0.05);观察组治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C、FINS、HOMA-IR均低于治疗前及对照组,MSI高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05);观察组糖尿病转化率为12.00%,显著低于对照组的26.00%,正常耐糖量转化率为58.00%,显著高于对照组的22.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药降糖茶方可显著降低老年糖耐量异常患者糖脂代谢水平及胰岛素抵抗指数,提高胰岛素敏感性,对于改善老年糖耐量异常患者糖脂代谢及预防糖尿病具有重要作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of jiangtangcha Recipe on glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin sensitivity in elderly patients with impaired glucose tolerance.Methods:100 elderly patients with impaired glucose tolerance were Randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases each.The control group was treated with diet and exercise therapy,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Jiangtang tea formula on the basis of the control group.The changes of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1 c,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,fins,MSI,HOMA-IR and diabetic outcome were compared before and after treatment.Results:after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased,and the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FPG,2 hPG,HbA1 c,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,fins,MSI,HOMA-IR between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,there was no significant change in FPG,2 hPG,HbA1 c,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,fins,MSI,HOMA-IR in the control group(P>0.05);after treatment,FPG,2 hPG,HbA1 c,TC,TG,LDL-C,fins,HOMA-IR in the observation group were lower than before and after treatment The MSI of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the diabetes mellitus conversion rate of the observation group was 12.00%lower than that of the control group(26.00%),and the normal glucose tolerance conversion rate was 58.00%higher than that of the control group(22.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiangtangcha decoction can significantly reduce the level of glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin resistance index in elderly patients with impaired glucose tolerance,improve insulin sensitivity,and play an important role in improving glucose and lipid metabolism and preventing diabetes in elderly patients with impaired glucose tolerance.
