摘　　要：紫河车是健康产妇娩出的胎盘,又称"胞衣""胞胎",其味甘、咸,性温,归肺、肾、肝经,有补气养血、益精补肾的功效,主治虚损、羸瘦、咳血气喘、劳热骨蒸等证。现代药理研究证实紫河车含有干扰素、各种激素、免疫因子、细胞因子、酶及酶抑制剂、微量元素以及胶原蛋白等活性物质。紫河车提取物具有免疫调节、提高耐缺氧能力、抗氧化、抑制肿瘤增殖、促进细胞增殖与新陈代谢等作用,临床可用于治疗呼吸系统疾病、神经系统疾病、慢性乙型病毒性肝炎、肝硬化、妇科疾病、少弱精子症、贫血、肿瘤等疾病。通过中国知网、万方等数据库搜索古籍及相关文献报道,从临床应用方面进行综述,为临床处方合理用药提供理论依据。Placenta Hominis is a healthy parturient delivery out of the placenta,also known as"afterbirth""twins".Its taste is sweet,salty,its nature is warm,return to lung,kidney,liver classics,it has the effect of nourishing qi and blood,tonifying and tonifying kidney,the disease of deficiency,thin,cough blood asthma,fatigue hot bone steam and so on.Modern pharmacological studies have confirmed that Placenta Hominis contains active substances,such as interferon,various hormones,immune factors,cytokines,enzymes and enzyme inhibitors,trace elements and collagen.Placenta Hominis extract has immunity,improve the ability of hypoxia,antioxidant,inhibition of tumor proliferation,promote cell proliferation and metabolism function,can be used in clinical treatment of the respiratory system disease,nervous system diseases,chronic hepatitis b viral hepatitis,liver cirrhosis,disease of department of gynaecology,less weak sperm disease,anemia,cancer and other diseases.Through searching ancient books and related literature reports through CNKI,Wanfang and other databases,this paper summarizes the clinical application of Placenta Hominis and provides theoretical basis for its clinical rational prescription.
