摘　　要：随着我国高等教育法治化进程的不断深入,当前高校管理体制不得不由"传统管理体制"向"现代管理体制"转变,于是大学生民主参与高校管理作为一种特殊而重要的高校管理方式很快进入人们的视野。尽管相关教育法律规范以及高校规章制度都提出大学生拥有民主参与高校管理权,然而,从高校管理实践来看,大学生民主参与高校管理的情况与理想状态还存在很大的差距。究其原因,不难发现,现代大学生民主参与高校管理法治化过程中还存在诸如参与制度、参与途径、参与回应以及参与主体等多维困境,为了突破这些困境,就必须建立健全民主参与制度、不断拓展民主参与途径、建立健全民主参与的高校回应机制以及大力培养民主参与意识和能力等。With the continuous deepening of the legalization in China’s higher education, the current management system of universities has to shift from "traditional management system" to "modern management system". Therefore, university students’ democrat ic participation in university management, as a special and important way of college management,has quickly entered people’s field of vision. According to the relevant educational laws and regulations of universities, university students have the right to democraticallyparticipate in the management of colleges and universities. However, from the perspective of university management practice, there is still a big gap between the situation of university students’ democratic participation in university management and the ideal state. It is not difficult to find out the reasons why modern college students’ democratic participation in the legalization of college management, there are still multidimensional difficulties, such as the participation system, the route of participation, the participation response and the main body of participation. In order to break through these dilemmas, it is necessary to establish a sound democratic participation system, continuously expand the channels for democratic participation, establish an effective response mechanism for democratic participation, and vigorously cultivate awareness and ability to participate in democracy.
