摘 要:目的探讨人工培养的粉被虫草菌丝体和孢梗束的代谢物差异。方法利用高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱(High performance liquid chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometry,HPLC-TOF-MS)对人工培养的粉被虫草菌丝体和孢梗束进行代谢物数据采集,所得数据采用正交偏最小二乘判别法(Orthogonal partial least squares discrimination analysis,OPLS-DA)进行分析,筛选出他们之间的差异化合物。结果人工培养的粉被虫草菌丝体和孢梗束的代谢产物差异显著,经谱库检索和筛选分析,得出58个差异化合物。结论人工培养的粉被虫草菌丝体和孢梗束代谢组差异显著,前者含有较多营养物质,后者含有较多生物活性代谢物,孢梗束具有较大的药用开发潜力。Objective To investigate the metabolomics variation in mycelia and coremia of cultured Cordyceps pruinose.Methods The metabolic data of mycelia and coremia of cultured Cordyceps pruinose were collected by using a high performance liquid chromatograghy-time of flight mass spectrometry(HPLC-TOF-MS)method.The differential metabolites between the mycelia and coremia were discriminated by orthogonal partial least squares discrimination analysis(OPLS-DA).Results Mycelia and coremia of the cultured C.pruinosa have significant different metabolites.There were 58 differential metabolites obtained by database search and analysis.Conclusion Metabolomics of mycelia and coremia of the cultured C.pruinosa are different significantly.The former contains more nutrients,the latter contains more bioactive products.Coremia of C.pruinosa has more potency for medicinal development.
