医护一体化模式下的精准护理在哮喘患儿康复管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨医护一体化模式下的精准护理在哮喘患儿康复管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年6月1日~2018年9月1日收治的116例哮喘患儿,按照出院顺序将患儿分为对照组和观察组各58例,两组住院期间给予相同的治疗和护理指导,对照组出院时给予常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上采用医护一体化模式下的精准护理;比较两组治疗依从性、疾病复发率、再住院率、肺功能[包括用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV1)、呼吸峰流速量(PEF)]和生命质量[包括儿科哮喘生命质量调查问卷(PAQLQ)]。结果:观察组治疗依从性、疾病复发率及再住院率均优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);观察组FVC、FEV1、PEF及PAQLQ评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:医护一体化模式下的精准护理可提高哮喘患儿的治疗依从性,改善症状和肺功能,从而提高患儿生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of precise nursing under the integrated medical care model in the rehabilitation management of children with asthma.Methods:From June 1,2017to September 1,2018,116 cases of children with asthma were divided into control group and observation group with 58 cases each according to the order of discharged.Both groups were given the same treatment and care guidance during their hospitalization.The control group at discharge were given routine health education.On the basis of the control group,the observation group adopted precise nursing under the integrated medical care model.Treatment compliance,disease recurrence rate,rehospitalization rate,lung function[forced vital capacity(FVC),Forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF)],and quality of life[pediatric asthma quality of life questionnaire(PAQLQ)]were compared between the two groups.Results:Treatment compliance,disease recurrence rate and rehospitalization rate in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The scores of FVC,FEV1,PEF and PAQLQ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Precise nursing under the integrated medical care model can improve the treatment compliance of children with asthma,enhance symptoms and lung function,and thus promote the quality of life.
