摘 要:目的:探讨基于健康行动过程取向理论(HAPA)的综合护理干预在弱视患儿中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年7月1日~2019年10月1日收治的弱视患儿116例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各58例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予基于健康行动过程取向理论(HAPA)的综合护理;比较两组干预前后健康行为、双眼调节功能及视力指标。结果:干预后,观察组健康行为各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组调节灵敏度、调节幅度、调节滞后量及视力评分均优于干预前(P<0.05,P<0.01),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基于HAPA的综合护理干预可促进弱视患儿健康行为的养成,改善双眼调节功能,对弱视恢复具有积极作用。Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention based on Health Action Process Approach theory(HAPA)in children with amblyopia.Methods:A total of 116 children with amblyopia admitted from July 1,2018 to October 1,2019 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided by random number table into observation group and control group with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing based on Health Action Process Approach theory(HAPA).Health behavior,binocular regulatory function and visual acuity were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the scores of health behaviors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the adjustment sensitivity,adjustment amplitude,adjustment hysteresis and visual acuity score of the two groups were all better than before intervention(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention based on HAPA can promote the formation of healthy behaviors in children with amblyopia,improve the binocular regulatory function,and play a positive role in the recovery of amblyopia.
