摘 要:利用荧光法探索不同介质以及pH条件、有序介质浓度对甲萘威荧光性质的影响。结果表明溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)在碱性条件(pH=10.3)对甲萘威荧光增敏效果最好,在λex/λem=318/475 nm处有强的荧光峰,据此建立了一种用CTMAB增敏荧光法测定甲萘威含量的新方法,其线性范围为1.0×10-7~1.0×10-4 mol/L,检出限为1.0×10-8 mol/L。方法用于蔬菜豆角、西红柿、西葫芦、油菜、尖椒、黄瓜、芹菜、小白菜、圆白菜、青椒中甲萘威的测定,加标回收率在89.3%~106.0%范围。The effects of concentration of ordered medium and pH on the fluorescence properties of carbaryl in different media such as triton X-100,SDS, β-CD, CTMAB,water, methanol, ethanol and acetonitrile were explored by fluorometry. The results showed that CTMAB had the best sensitization effect on fluorescence of carbaryl in the 8 different media under alkaline conditions(at pH=10.3),with a strong peak at λex/λem =318/475 nm. A new method for the determination of carbaryl by CTMAB micellar enhanced fluorimetry was built. The linear range of 1.0×10-7 mol/L-1.0×10-4 mol/L with a detection limit of 1.0×10-8 mol/L was obtained. The method was applied to the determination of carbaryl in bean, tomato, squash, rapeseed, pepper, cucumber, celery, small cabbage, round cabbage, green pepper with the recoveries in the range of 89.3%-106.0%, and the results were satisfactory.
