摘　　要：有关先天性心脏病的外科微创封堵技术近年来已广泛应用于临床,超声心动图作为封堵操作中必不可少的监测仪器和技术手段,其应用贯穿于先天性心脏病封堵操作的始末,包括术前评估、引导封堵以及术中对手术效果的实时动态评价和术后的复查、随访等。文章就超声心动图在先心病外科微创封堵术中的应用及价值进行综述。Minimally invasive surgical occlusion has been widely used in clinical treatment of congenital heart disease.As an indispensable monitoring instrument and technique,echocardiography is applied throughout the beginning and end of the occlusion of congenital heart disease,including preoperative evaluation,occlusion guidance,intraoperative real-time dynamic evaluation and postoperative follow-up reexamination.This paper reviews the application and value of echocardiography in minimally invasive occlusion for congenital heart disease.
